PCV-30 Traverse Table Production Centre
Designed using structural analysis to achieve high rigidity in a #30 machine the linear rails utilize high precision roller linear guides.
High speed machining with rapid rates of 48m/min a tool changer achieving C-C1.9 sec using a direct ATC system.
The Y axis has an additional 200mm so allowing for the integration of loading systems from over head gantry’s or robots clearing the ATC system.
