MT-40V Moving Table – Twin Spindle – BT40
Designed to double production time with one machine, the moving table MT40V twin spindle production center is the answer to high volume production.
With a development target of 200% productivity compared to single spindle machine floor space is decreased while increasing productivity.
With two BT40 20 tool quick change arm style carousels.
Distance between the spindles is 320mm as standard with a 450mm option.
Spindle speeds of 8000min-1(10HP) 8000min-1(20HP) 12000min-1(10HP) are available.
option : 12000min-1(10HP), 8000min-1(20HP).
Rapid traverse on the X and Y axis can achieve 48m/min.
