NEXTURN Swiss Syle Sliding Heads

The perfect economic solution for cam auto users with reliable tooling capacity. This 12mm and 18mm capacity machine incorporates a built in Fanuc spindle motor with rapid axis travels of 30m/min. The simple ergonomics of the machine lead to easy set up and operation.
The B series machine is single spindle with D series adding the sub spindle.

The SA series is designed as a 4 Axis Swiss Type CNC Automatic machine. This machine incorporates a Y Axis along with a sub spindle with B Axis capability as standard. Maximum bar capacity is 12mm and 18mm

Increased capacity is available to for face machining with Rotary Tools by adding the optional Rotary Tool Unit for the Front and Back Working Spindle. This replaces the static tools in the Y Axis tool block as shown in the simulation picture below.

The rotary guide bush is spline shaft driven assuring perfect synchronicity to the main spindle. The ‘C’ model is a bush less machine ideally suited to parts with a maximum length of 50mm.
