Rapid rates of 90m/min are achieved by using 3D FEM analysis to understand growth that is then counteracted with through ballscrew cooling on all axis. Machine footprint is decreased by 18% over the previous JE60 models.

Stepping up to the BT50 capacity market with 500 square pallets the GE580H has power and speed for all applications.

It is the biggest horizontal machining center in Enshu.
This machine has high stiffness which is required to the mold processing and high productivity which is required to the motor vehicle part process machining in an ever merging market.
This machine bed adopts a rib structure increasing the machines stiffness making heavy cutting possible. Chip disposal is greatly improved by adopting a central trough system in the machines base design.
Also this machine overall foot print is greatly reduced from the older models. The B axis index speeds are increased by use of a roller cam and with the high-speed ATC both add to the reduction in non processing time.

This cost performance ratio machining center accomodates all manner of machining requirements in the #30-taper range. Spindle options include the rigid 10,000rpm model and a high speed 20,000rpm unit.
It’s standard specification includes a high lift column allowing for the possibility to load lager work sizes and fixture units.
A 24 tool magazine is utilised balancing cost and flexibility allowing for a variety of tools.
Improved acceleration and deceleration is adopted achieving a 30% cycle time reduction over previous models on Enshu’s standard test programs

The lager bother of the EV360T this machine is of similar specification and design but has greater table capacity. A lager spindle taper #40 is used coupled to a increased spindle power of 18KW.

Moving table vertical machining center with BT50 taper spindle a standard. Super rigid linear guides ensure high accuracy cutting. 22Kw spindle motor offers up to 660cm3/min face milling capacity on S45C steel. Machine access is improved with a large door opening of 1125mm, and with a maximum table weight of 1000kgs the machine offers good versatility with the ability to accommodate a large range of different work pieces. The range of options available allows for the majority of production requirements to be met. Positioning accuracy of 0.003mm/full stroke and repeatability of +/- 0.001mm offer exceptional standards of quality.

This fully operational BT30 Horizontal Machining Center is state of the art. Designed for small parts machining, non cutting times are kept to a minimum while reliability remains a high priority. Spindle rise time from 0 to 13,000 Rpm is only 0.38 seconds. Rapid traverse rates are 60m/min in all axes with acceleration at 1.5G. The incorporation of an arm less servo motor driven ATC and the option of broken tool detection inside the magazine contribute to the machines highly reliable production capability. The compact design results in a machine with a width of only 1,230mm. Options for Rotary 2 APC, full NC B axis, 20,000 RPM spindle and extended tool capacity make the JE30 a flexible machine for a variety of small parts production. Cutting capacity up to 420cm3/min is possible in aluminium. Positioning accuracy of 0.004mm/full stroke and repeatability of +/- 0.001mm offer exceptional standards of quality.
